The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 故事弱了点。但可见出导演野心和潜力都不小。前后风格处理不一致，有精彩段落，成篇控制力稍差。国产武指和意境营造不错，特地加1星以资鼓励。

导演和投资人不为电影，只为年少时的武侠梦
百战归来酒尚温，繁霜侵鬓转消沉。但愿人间留侠气，不教狐鼠敢相侵。
氛围算营造得不错了，但剧情太多刻板印象，人设单薄，要靠观众脑补，就算是网大剧本也要下功夫呀
近几年最好的大陆动作电影。有拍成系列的潜质
故事很简单，打斗也很简单，但是布局和构思不简单，谢苗的演技也算是到位。现在这种影片还是有市场的吗？我感觉现在的观众，看脸比看剧情更让他们有兴趣。

《座头市》我没看过，但是这部确实拍得不错，跟最近几年国产垃圾电影相比，确实不错了。

把这样一部电影称为今年的武侠之光，无疑是武侠片的悲哀。但更悲哀的是居然很难反驳？因为当下已经没有什么武侠片。论及完成度和邵氏功夫片相仿，但囿于成本，演员的演技实在出戏。作为网大固然很好，不过别人家的网大是《惊天营救》，还是不要盲目捧杀为好。
