The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 属于那种好，但不好看的电影。单枪匹马的科恩“兄弟”，功力竟然也成倍减半了。最深刻的感受就是：不像电影，像舞台剧；无论是布景服装，还是演员的台词，都有很浓烈的舞台感，甚至有好几个瞬间，我都误以为自己在看戏剧，而不是电影。构图大赞，摄影大赞，演技大赞，丹泽尔今年虽仍注定陪跑，但是作为演员的他，实力和魅力都是毋庸置疑的，很期待继续在颁奖礼看到这个毫无感情的鼓掌机器(*¯︶¯*)
剧情都知道，看的就是摄影美学，有几幕的光影构图真的绝了。虽然是电影，但更像在看舞台剧，也幸好没去电影院看，这种古英文没有字幕的确很难懂。
上一次看把沙瓮剧撤下真实舞台的还是空王冠，不得不说空王冠连它十分之一都比不上。这部真的制作太优越，从节奏到画面、细节都很讲究。
卡司没有惊喜，出彩的是舞台化的场景和光影配合
舞台设计和摄影都太绝了，截了不知道多少图。但唯一不解的是，科恩兄大量启用黑人演员的意图在哪里？仅仅是为了正确吗？
远不如1971年的波兰斯基版，甚至不如2015版。科恩也有翻车时。
看的是105分钟足本。黑人演员好多呀，这回政治正确了。在黑白片里一点都不显肤色。
丹泽尔·华盛顿舞台感强，科恩嫂不太适合这类片，开场几个角色——国王、上尉都戏剧感十足，女巫是最大亮点。不知为什么，其他人戏剧性独白都没什么，男女主却有点别扭。
好无趣呀科恩为什么要拍麦克白？在剧情无创造的情况下，比角色更出戏的真的是口音。布景、运镜和表演都在全力为舞台剧感让位，电影感极弱。对麦克白夫人的塑造非常失望，居然全靠发型衬托心境。
