The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 编排得太好了。911事件对美利坚民族来说意义非凡，由此诞生的这部作品适合全世界观看。舞台上演员在个人形象和社群形象之间灵活转换，女性、性少数群体、少数族裔、不同宗教在这里汇集。而人性的力量核心从未改变，带我们离开黑暗，带我们离开灾难。致离开的人们，你们从未真正离开。冰球场是世界上最大的步入式冰箱、几十台电话、开放图书馆专供人做宗教祷告、收容动物……我看到了人道的光辉。“不必找寻。不求得到更多安慰，但求安慰别人。不求被理解，但求理解他人。我不求被爱，但求全心全意地爱。”
剧本和音乐都好棒！一个很沉重的题材却一直通过场景转换来减轻大家的悲伤…加上个人的故事和小镇居民的爱心，最后看到眼睛湿润…
