The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 一开始我以为这只是一部普普通通格式标准的传记片，但从它舞台剧式的演出，夸张的表现方式中就可以看出这部电影的闪光之处，更不要说本就出色的表演与音乐了。但是全片从头到脚都包裹了一层浮夸，所以不是我的菜。
三星半，觉得前面多线剪辑有点乱（过快），但是从作品presentation最后一首歌但到结尾很多泪点，再回头看前面的叙事，情绪爆发就显得非常顺理成章…加菲演的很好；好爱LMM，怎么可以那么全能，导演处女秀就这个水平好厉害…

大概是年度最佳音乐剧吧，扎实、流畅，在传记片中加入了对时间和生命的探讨，只不过爱情线一如既往的无聊。

30岁前夕同样焦虑过，过了也就没感觉了。不太喜欢这种剪辑凌乱、直白抒情的风格，无法沉浸，但确实看得出才华横溢

开头平平无奇，越到后面越引人入胜（大概是因为悲剧倾向）喜欢双女主和声那段，但是讲真音乐性并没有觉得比歌舞青春之类的高多少，但是加菲和瓦内莎很可以，看到好久不出现在大银幕的俩人老了，内心感慨的同时又残念他俩不是银幕cp非要zzzq的安插一个黑人女，但是又转念一想，始终红不起来的两人有戏演就很好了🥲

故事，歌曲，表演都不錯，但舞台音樂劇與電影的那種違和感從頭持續到尾

单纯说电影，影像表达力度是不足的，但情感太充沛了，饱含热情，悲伤与焦虑，生日那天，如果我没事可做，就一个人二刷这部电影吧
虽然是传记片但也把焦距Jonathan个人的视角扩大到所有的创作者的痛苦。swing and a miss, swing and a miss, till you hit.
传记歌舞片还是第一次看，感觉电影好像有意的回避那种“快闪式”编舞，大部分的歌舞场景都放在舞台排练或者独角戏，更有沉浸感和真实感，而且加菲唱歌居然这么棒！！惊喜
