The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 没想到是个Bad Ending，猝不及防地和唐家屯灵魂老太太告别了。从默片电影到有声电影，唐顿庄园也迎来了它的新时代，但我真的不想和这个系列说再见...

苹果电影，艺术感，科幻感十足，不同于克隆的谈虎色变，本片似乎给出了不同的答案，在深刻和先驱的方面前进了大大的一步
虽然没办法抠细节，但作为粉丝向电影我希望这是大结局了：猝不及防与唐家屯灵魂人物老太以及巴罗告别，感觉的确是新的时代。马修古迪的全程消失是本篇的败笔。
我太喜欢女明星那个大结局了，这才是真大团圆，口音并不代表什么，永远别忘了你和谁在一起，and also，穷人家的女儿无所畏惧。
唐顿庄园2固然刻画了一个上层和底层都没有坏人，人人淳善的理想世界，但似乎又落入了另一个俗套：比如要把剧中所有人都要搭个对象，前期那些女仆，老人也就算了，到最这电影版最后一部，老厨娘，已经远离庄园的农夫，乡村老师，也都要非要凑活一一搭配。这种思想在西方其实应该也是要被白左，大众批评的。这沦为了和中国一样，离婚可耻，老处女可耻，老了之后不配对不配种可耻。
工整的科幻想象。too much man.

蛮有趣的，又是皆大欢喜的结局，挺好。一个世代的落幕，又拉开新时代的序幕，生生不息。
里面提到了由默片向有声电影的过渡期，展现出了做默片的电影人的窘境，让人想到了那个法国电影《艺术家》（仅为个人切入角度）。
旧贵族逐渐适应新时代，老夫人在满是电影拍摄者的庄园里离世，Mary将传承她的衣钵。电影和电视剧相比，没有那些邪恶心思和利益相争，每个人都是那么高尚和幸福。看完情节并没有留下多么深刻的印象，但剧中的Elegance却永远都忘不了。

43🌟完全是情感分。不存在电影层面太多，基本就是电视剧……别再拍了吧！哎。上次的美好结局已经不错了，这次太牵强了。
拍电影这个情节真不错，不用看庄园里的人吵来吵去但又有足够的喜剧冲突。很温暖，即便“We're orphans at last”。
