低2分是因为别人的国家即便是思想政治犯还可以辩护的权力，另外一分虽然有辩护的权力，但却是一场有预谋有立场鲜明的法官的政治案件，虽然戏演成分比较重，但是不可否认的是可以纪录下来甚至由历史来审判这场审判，这才是现在人该记住的，不是你也不是我来审判，而是由后人来审判
每每看这种片子一是感觉美国确实开放，二是就这点东西在某国俯拾皆是，但却没人敢拍。
