The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 这部舞台剧层次非常丰富，大到人道主义，小到个人友情、爱情；从种族问题讲到女性、LGBT群体的社会接纳；有生离死别，也有相遇重逢。正如剧中所唱，一些东西失去了，另一些被建立起来了。
几年前在某站看过字幕组版本，官摄版本的力量感又上一层，我全程感慨“有音乐剧真好”。疫情时代，这样守望相助的故事就显得更加珍贵。非常喜欢。「Be anxious for nothing. 应当一无挂虑。」

A great musical telling an inspiring true story in an exhilarating fashion that celebrates decency and kindness!
题材很吸引人，从音乐剧的角度来说既没有抓我耳朵的歌，剧情也缺乏节奏。虽然演员都很卖力，但是有限的人数加上很小的舞台感觉局限性还是很大。
下回去纽约 晚上啥也不干 把各种正在上演的百老汇全部撸一遍
无与伦比。完美的舞台剧。

大概是描述美国911空难事件，所有飞机停留一个小岛的故事
（官摄填补了我2020年初买好票但因疫情取消的遗憾，没想到眨眼又是两年过）
确实太适合后疫情看了，尤其2020年初的时候。然而疫情这场灾难已经转向了无人知晓的地方，以后谁会来写2022这部音乐剧呢
好看！但这个简介还以为真的苹果会将这个改编成电影呢 结果还是官摄啊
不愧是百老汇啊，舞台上的每个人包括最后的乐手都是魅力四射，通过舞台，我们看到了在甘德这么一个平时被人遗忘的小镇，危难时刻涌现出人性的光辉，又通过中东人，飞行员，纽约市民，失去消防员的母亲等等个体完整的反应了整个事件，轻松而严肃，幽默又不失温情

我最喜欢的音乐剧，没有之一。这是现代歌舞剧和现代社会的完美代表和缩影，也是人类命运共同体的赞歌。
