The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 先严格按照律师的要求做到一切，最后再威胁律师“别搞砸了”【先礼后兵】。
自由和权利之间的抗争是个永远不会结束的死循环。
这部片的剪辑和配乐绝对是我看过最强的之一。尤其剪辑，让此片的带感程度上升了好几个档次。有关内容，只能说观众以为自己在看电影时打开了上帝视角，其实那只是导演安在你身上的视角。现实生活中更是不存在上帝视角。所谓的“追查哪边先动手”，只是为了寻找个可以拿来定罪的细节而已。惟有反战，才是真正尊重生命的做法。
好久没有看到剧本这么好的纪实电影了，简直为之一振！尽管我政治倾向保守并且像Cartman一样反感嬉皮士运动，但丝毫不影响我被这部片子打动。当鸡蛋义无反顾地撞上高墙，当"blood flow all over the city"，愿你的自由高呼，全世界都听得见。
最后一段过于煽，the whole world is watching 太好莱坞，不喜欢，中间几个时空穿插讲故事的方式还是不错的

庭外与庭内，过去与现在，双线交织的叙事，节奏明快，政治主张鲜明，放在当下时局看，颇有几分不言而喻的深意。

众星云集飙戏飙得舒畅爆了，摄影和剪辑把这个老套的真实故事又玩出了一些新意，虽然最后还是主旋律了一把lol，片长限制每个角色只能在有限的时间里刻画所以都不太深刻，反映出的时代，台词我都很喜欢，总体上呈。

“Do you have contempt for your government? (你是否蔑视你的政府)” - "It's nothing compared to the contempt my government has for me.(与我的政府对我的蔑视相比, 我的蔑视不值一提)” | 这个时间点上映真是太应景了，整个2020魔幻一年啊，如果当选最佳是不是也太表明奥斯卡态度了？虽然感觉奥斯卡也没在怕的。最后一幕太鸡血其实有点莫名。
